Re: how do you let go
Sat, August 18, 2007 - 11:40 PMI've heard people complain about how difficult it seems to program the clock on their VCR. Yes, it can be daunting...trying to figure the buttons out intuitively.
But VCR manufacturers usually include an OPERATIONS MANUAL that actually TEACHES the VCR owner how to go about this often-frustrating process. And WHEN YOU READ THE MANUAL, you actually discover that you can DO what you thought was previously impossible or at least awfully confusing and difficult.
Gorm... IT'S THE SAME WAY WITH THE COURSE!
The ego is always complaining about something, right? Well, you need to TRAIN your ego by actually GOING INTO THE MANUAL AND READING IT... and DOING THE LESSONS.
After you've done a couple of month's worth of lessons, your question "How do you let go of anger, etc." will be fully answered for you... because you will have done exactly what is required to UNDO the bad training you've inadvertently gotten since you were a child.
We all have it... that "bad training"... and this is EXACTLY what we're here to overcome and learn how to let go.
This IS the miracle you will discover.
So get busy and start The Course IN EARNEST... don't let your whiny ego sabotage your efforts as DIRECTOR of your own mind-training.
